This class is designed for experienced Muay Thai practitioners ready to sharpen their timing, strategy, and ring control through technical and controlled sparring. Emphasis is placed on fight IQ, situational drills, and adapting to different styles. Full gear required. Prior Muay Thai experience and coach approval recommended.

No GII BJJ

Our no-Gi BJJ class is a form of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training where students grapple without wearing the traditional gi (kimono). The focus is on grappling techniques, including takedowns, control positions, escapes, and submissions—all without relying on clothing grips.

Muay Thai ( 4- 15yrs)

Our Saturday kids Muay Thai class is a dynamic and inclusive session where children of various age groups train together. The class focuses on teaching the fundamentals of Muay Thai—such as striking, footwork, and defence—through age-appropriate drills, partner work, and fun fitness games. Instructors tailor activities to different skill levels, encouraging teamwork, confidence, discipline, and respect among all participants, regardless of age.

Arizona's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class offers a supportive environment where women learn grappling techniques focused on leverage, control, and self-defense. It builds confidence, strength, and community through empowering, skill-based training.

Muay Thai

This all-level Muay Thai class is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It focuses on the fundamentals of striking—punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—along with footwork, defense, and basic clinch techniques. Each session includes a warm-up, technique drills, partner work, and light conditioning. Whether you're new to Muay Thai or refining your skills, this class offers a supportive environment to improve fitness, build confidence, and develop authentic Muay Thai technique.
